Smaller Extensions 

A key feature across all three projects was the use of bi-fold doors to open the space to the garden, allowing natural light to flood in and seamlessly extending the living areas during warmer months. Roof lanterns were also incorporated to maximise daylight, particularly during the cooler, darker months, ensuring each space feels bright and inviting year-round. These design choices not only enhance the aesthetic but also improve the functionality and comfort of the homes.

Each extension was carefully finished to reflect the client’s vision and harmonise with the existing building. Materials ranged from wood cladding to brickwork and render, chosen to either embrace the new addition as a statement feature or blend seamlessly with the original structure. The result is a series of thoughtfully designed, light-filled spaces that meet the clients’ needs while enhancing the overall character and usability of their homes.
