This central town semi underwent a full transformation, with the downstairs layout remodelled and the existing extension replaced and enlarged. The goal was a generous, light-filled kitchen-living-dining space with pantry, utility, and clever glazing to maximise natural light.

The project reimagined a modest flat-roof extension, adding both space and height to create a multifunctional area perfect for modern family life. Full-height glazing, skylights, and signature “pillar” windows flood the room with light and connect the interior to the outdoors, making the space feel bright, open, and welcoming.

The combination of thoughtful design and technical oversight ensured a smooth build. Our sister company - Surveyors White & Eddy - handled all Party Wall Act notices, allowing the team to deliver a stunning, practical, and light-filled family space without delays or complications.
